Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in a related role.
• Experience sorting and filtering data in Excel or similar tool.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook or similar email/calendar tool.
• Accurate data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the clinical services team with administrative tasks and maintaining documentation.
• Organize and maintain compliance records, files, and databases.
• Prepare reports for management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, training, incidents, and resolutions.
• Ensure documentation is complete and filed per regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and process correspondence for clients, employees, and clinics/labs.
• Coordinate with teams for kits to be prepared and sent to clinics.
