Job summary

Variance Trading Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a Product Specialist/Clinical Applications Specialist to demonstrate medical devices to doctors and healthcare staff, deliver clinical training, and support customers through installation and usage.

The role requires a BS in Nursing or Radiologic Technology, 1–2 years in a similar field, strong communication, and willingness to travel for site visits and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Radiologic Technology.
• 1–2 years' experience as Product Specialist/Clinical Applications Specialist or similar.
• Strong understanding of clinical procedures and hospital workflows.
• PRC license is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of medical devices to doctors, nurses, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical application training to customers to ensure proper, safe, and effective use of medical equipment.
• Assist in installation, testing, configuration, and initial operation of medical devices with Service Engineering Team.
• Provide product guidance and clinical support before, during, and after installation.
• Collaborate with Sales Team during client meetings, presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare technical presentations, product proposals, training materials and documentation.
• Coordinate with principals and suppliers on updates, training needs, and clinical concerns.
• Gather customer feedback and identify needs and opportunities for product improvement.
• Participate in product launches, exhibitions and marketing activities to promote medical devices portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of devices, clinical procedures, industry developments and product applications.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of medical devices to doctors, nurses, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals.

• Provide clinical application training to customers to ensure proper, safe, and effective utilization of medical equipment.

• Assist in the installation, testing, configuration, and initial operation of medical devices in coordination with the Service Engineering Team, as applicable.

• Provide product-related guidance and clinical application support to customers before, during, and after product installation.

• Work closely with the Sales Team during client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and other sales activities.

• Assist in the preparation of technical presentations, product proposals, training materials, and other product-related documentation.

• Coordinate with principals and suppliers regarding product updates, technical information, training requirements, and clinical application concerns.

• Gather customer feedback and identify product-related concerns, market needs, and opportunities for product improvement.

• Participate in product launches, exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and other marketing activities to promote the company's medical device portfolio.

• Maintain updated knowledge of assigned medical devices, clinical procedures, industry developments, and relevant product applications.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology (RadTech).

• With at least 1 - 2 years experience as a Product Specialist, Clinical Applications Specialist, or in a similar role within the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred.

• Must have a strong understanding of clinical procedures, hospital workflows, and medical equipment applications.

• With a valid PRC license is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in conducting product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and end-user training.

• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with healthcare professionals.

• Willing to travel for customer visits, product demonstrations, training, and other business activities.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday | 8:00AM to 5:00PM
