Job summary

BASEMED KARE INC is seeking a Product Specialist to support sales and clinical teams in Manila. You will apply knowledge of stents and balloon catheters, assist during product presentations and procedures, and help develop promotional materials.

The role emphasizes building strong hospital relationships and ensuring compliant, well-documented activities. The position expects 1-2 years of relevant experience, willingness to travel, and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technologist is preferred but not required.
• At least 1-2 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of stents and balloon catheter specifications and clinical use.
• Assist sales reps during product presentations, evaluations, and trials, and provide on-site support during procedures.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital decision-makers; provide post-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies; maintain training and product usage records; manage stock levels and ordering.

Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge & Training:

• Knowledge in technical specifications and clinical applications of stents and balloon catheters.
• Stay current on product updates, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Sales & Clinical Support:

• Assist sales representatives during product presentations, evaluations, and trials.
• Provide on-site support during procedures to ensure proper product usage and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital decision-makers.
• Address customer inquiries and provide post-sales support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Gather feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, product usage, and customer interactions.
• Ensure the stock level and ordering of stocks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technologist is preferred but not required.
