Position Summary
The Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing clinical expertise, product training, and technical support for dermatological and aesthetic devices distributed by the company. This role works closely with dermatologists, physicians, clinic staff, and the sales team to ensure proper product usage, deliver clinical education, and support the successful implementation of medical devices in clinical practice.
The Clinical Specialist plays a key role in strengthening client relationships by ensuring doctors and practitioners fully understand the clinical applications, benefits, and safety protocols of the company’s devices.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
- Provide clinical training and demonstrations of dermatological and aesthetic devices to doctors, dermatologists, and clinic staff.
- Assist healthcare professionals in understanding device indications, treatment protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Support product launches and clinical implementation in partner clinics and hospitals.
Product Training & Education
- Conduct product training sessions, workshops, and in-clinic demonstrations.
- Educate clients on proper device operation, treatment procedures, and maintenance.
- Develop and deliver educational materials related to clinical applications of devices.
- Collaborate with the sales team by providing clinical expertise during product presentations and customer meetings.
- Support product trials, evaluations, and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Help identify customer needs and recommend appropriate medical device solutions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and clinic personnel.
- Provide ongoing after-sales support and clinical guidance.
- Address customer inquiries regarding clinical procedures and device performance.
Market & Clinical Insights
- Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and technologies in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, product performance, and market opportunities.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all device usage follows proper clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Promote safe and effective use of all medical equipment.
Qualifications
- At least High School graduate for experienced Specialist (Aesthethician/Facialist)
- Fresh Graduates of any Medical Programs. (Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, Pharmacy, or other allied medical/health sciences field)
- Clinical experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or medical devices is an advantage
- Experience in medical device training, product demonstrations, or clinical support is preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel and conduct on-site trainings nationwide
- Ability to work closely with sales and technical teams
