Job summary

BD Manila is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to promote life science products to healthcare professionals and institutions. The role involves delivering clinical training, building strong customer relationships, and driving product adoption across assigned accounts.

Ideal candidates have a life sciences background with 2–3 years in healthcare and 1–3 years in sales within the medical devices field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, biology, chemistry, nursing or related field.
• Minimum two to three years of experience in a healthcare setting as a med tech.
• Preferable 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in life sciences or medical devices.
• Strong technical knowledge of life science products and clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell life science products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Provide clinical applications training and support to customers, ensuring proficiency and product preference.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Create local key accounts clinical applications program – building and maintaining a funnel of opportunities.
• Organize and conduct trainings, product demonstrations and presentations to customers and distributors’ sales teams.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the country marketing team and validate marketing activities.
• Stay updated on product and practice updates with clinical and marketing leads.
• Attend exhibitions, organize user groups and conduct seminars as needed.
