Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; Nursing or healthcare-related degree is a plus but not required.
• 3–4 years' work experience in an operations-heavy role.
• Experience leading small teams or mentoring/junior supervision.
• Strong confidence in decision‑making and solving day‑to‑day issues.
• Experience handling metrics, customer concerns, and team performance.
• A "fix it, improve it, scale it" mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts (5-day work week).
