Maxicare Health Care is seeking a Head Nurse to lead clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care within a fast-paced clinic. You will oversee daily nursing activities, promote best practices, and collaborate with physicians to enhance patient experience.

The role requires a BS Nursing with PRC license and 2–4 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a calm, patient-focused leadership style.

Qualifications

• BS Nursing degree required with valid PRC license.
• 2–4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in healthcare.
• Strong clinical operations background and patient-centered care.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings.
• BLS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate nursing operations by implementing best practices and promoting patient safety.
• Supervise daily clinic nursing activities to ensure efficiency and quality care.
• Mentor and coach nurses to support professional growth and high performance.
• Model clinical excellence, professionalism, and compassionate patient care.
• Address staff concerns while upholding policies and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and management to improve patient experience.
• Monitor care quality, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold infection control.
• Initiate and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and submit required operational and clinical reports.
• Act as Pollution Control Officer ensuring regulatory compliance.
