Maxicare Health Care is seeking a Head Nurse to lead our clinical team and set high standards for patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinic environment.

You will mentor staff, oversee nursing operations, ensure safe, high-quality services, and collaborate with physicians and management to continually improve patient experience. Rotational shifts and a strong clinical background are key assets.

Formación

• BS Nursing with valid PRC license is required.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare.
• Strong background in clinical operations and patient-centered care.
• BLS certification is a plus.
• Able to work in rotational shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nursing operations by implementing best practices and improving workflows.
• Supervise daily clinic nursing activities for efficiency and quality care.
• Mentor and coach nurses to foster growth and high performance.
• Model clinical excellence, professionalism and compassionate care.
• Address staff concerns fairly while upholding policies and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and management to improve patient experience.
• Monitor care quality, documentation, and infection control procedures.
• Initiate and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and submit operational and clinical reports.
• Act as Pollution Control Officer ensuring regulatory compliance.
