MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a Hospital Operations Services Supervisor to oversee clinic operations and ensure high-quality health care for members. The role requires supervising clinic staff and retainer doctors, maintaining service standards, and resolving concerns promptly.

Applicants must hold a medical degree with at least 2 years in a clinical setting or HMO experience, plus strong communication, empathy, and multitasking abilities to drive efficient outpatient processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year Medical course.
• At least 2 years’ experience in clinic setting or working in an HMO is an advantage.
• Above-average communication and empathic skills; good negotiator, flexible, able to multi-task; analytical, systematic and organized.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors the clinic staff and retainer doctors and dentist.
• Ensure quality medical and dental healthcare is delivered to all members.
• Handle and manage concerns raised by clinic staff and retainer doctors and dentist.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of outpatient approval requests.
• Guide, coach and motivate clinic staff; ensure redirection to FSC is implemented and monitored.
• Review, monitor and assist in attainment of objectives and targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and submit to superior on time.
• Approve daily time records of staff and doctors; investigate and resolve notices for correction.
