Responsibilities

• Lead Hospital Operations Strategy and Performance across the organization, developing policies, programs, and service standards.
• Oversee Utilization Management and Medical Necessity Reviews for inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary services.
• Manage Hospital and Provider Relations with accredited hospitals and physicians to improve service levels.
• Drive Quality, Patient Safety and Clinical Governance through audits and evidence-based measures.
• Ensure Excellence in Member Experience by improving access, turnaround times, and issue resolution.
• Monitor financial performance, costs, and utilization to meet efficiency and cost targets.
• Lead and develop teams in Hospital Operations, Utilization Management, Case Management, and Medical Review.
