Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is expanding and seeks assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to join the Expansion Operations team. The role focuses on site research, regulatory submissions, and pre-launch readiness to ensure clinics are buildable, licensable, and audit-ready prior to launch.

The position emphasizes analysis, documentation, coordination, and timely escalation of risks and delays, with feedback loops to the Expansion Operations Manager for informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–5 years of regulatory, site selection, or real estate experience.
• Exposure to DOH, PhilHealth, or healthcare facility licensing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Site research & market analysis including location scorecards.
• Feasibility inputs: volume, revenue, and cost benchmarks.
• Regulatory submissions: DOH, PhilHealth, accreditations.
• Pre-launch compliance checks and documentation.
• Stakeholder coordination with internal and external teams.
• Maintain templates, trackers, and version-controlled docs.
