Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking an assertive, dynamic leader to head a cross-functional SWAT team for end-to-end clinic development, ensuring on-time, on-budget openings with full regulatory compliance.

You will own the master project plan, coordinate Clinical Ops, Medical, IT, HR, Finance and Facilities, run risk management, and hand over ready sites with defined KPIs and playbooks to Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or healthcare-related graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare project management, expansion, operations strategy, or real estate/network planning.
• Experience with DOH licensing, PhilHealth accreditation, and LGU permitting.
• PMP (or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end clinic development with on-time, on-budget openings and full regulatory compliance.
• Lead a cross-functional SWAT team coordinating Clinical Ops, Medical, IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities.
• Manage master project plan (scope, timeline, budget, resources) and critical path; resolve conflicts and manage dependencies.
• Deliver monthly stakeholder reviews (KPI dashboard, variance analysis, decisions).
• Create and maintain feasibility frameworks, site assessment tools, permitting checklists, launch timelines, and handover protocols.
