MediCard Phils., Inc. is expanding its clinic network and seeks an Expansion Analyst to coordinate site research, regulatory submissions, and pre-launch compliance activities. You will ensure all requirements are met on time and audit-ready under guidance from the Expansion Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, stakeholder coordination, and thorough documentation across DOH, PhilHealth, and LGU processes to support successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–5 years in healthcare regulatory support or site selection.
• Experience with DOH, PhilHealth, or licensing processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct site research and market analysis with location scorecards.
• Assist regulatory submissions and approvals for licenses and accreditations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely deliveries.
• Maintain trackers, templates, and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify risks, gaps, and delays and escalate to management.
