Job summary

ASTER GYNAECOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time clinic assistant for an obstetrics and gynaecology clinic at Mount Elizabeth Novena in Singapore.

You will handle patient enquiries, appointments, registration, referrals, investigations, cashiering, and insurance claims, while supporting clinic operations. Requirements include at least GCE O-level, prior clinic assistant experience (Plato preferred), strong communication, patient focus, and a team-player with the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• GCE O-level or equivalent required.
• Clinic assistant experience and Plato experience prioritized.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical and administrative duties: handle patient enquiries, schedule appointments, register patients, booking referrals/investigations, cashiering, financial counseling, and filing insurance claims.
• Assist in maintaining clinic medication inventory and proper clinic records to ensure smooth operations.
• Chaperone specialists, prepare patients for examination and assist in minor procedures as required.

Job Scope

• Perform clinical and administrative duties including handling patient enquiries, scheduling patient appointments, patient registration, booking of referrals/ investigations, cashiering, financial counseling and filing insurance claims


• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations including maintaining clinic medication inventory and proper clinic records


• Chaperone specialist, attend to patients, prepare them for examination and assist in minor procedures as required

Requirements

• At least GCE ‘O’-level or equivalent


• Candidates with previous clinic assistant experience and Plato experience will be prioritized


• Good communication and interpersonal skills, patient oriented


• Good attitude, able to work in fast-paced environment


• Good team-player and ability to work independently


• 5.5 day work week (Mon-Fri AM/PM and Saturday AM)
