POSITION OVERVIEW
The Client Technology Support Specialist provides front-line technical and operational assistance to international clients through phone, email, and chat. The role supports day-to-day user administration, transaction processing, reporting, system configuration, merchant onboarding, and basic technology integrations. Working closely with internal teams, partners, and third-party providers, the specialist ensures client requests are handled accurately, documented properly, and progressed to resolution within established procedures and service expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for client technical and operational inquiries across phone, email, and chat.
- Assess reported issues, provide clear troubleshooting guidance, and resolve routine technical concerns within established procedures.
- Manage user administration activities, including user creation or removal and access or password resets.
- Process system data accurately and within required timelines, ensuring information is complete and reliable.
- Generate standard reports using predefined configurations and templates, and assist clients with basic system queries.
- Support e-commerce platform setup and configuration, including basic troubleshooting and assistance with payment-method integrations.
- Coordinate more complex requests with internal technical teams, external partners, and third-party vendors,
- Provide support for POS (Point-of-Sale) systems, including basic troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and coordination of technical issues.
- Process authorized manual financial transactions such as refunds, reversals, rebills, captures, and chargebacks in accordance with defined controls and procedures.
- Assist with basic system configurations, predefined integrations, and merchant onboarding activities.
- Support technology integrations to help maintain smooth operational flow between connected systems and platforms.
- Guide new merchants through setup, configuration, and onboarding requirements.
- Record cases, actions taken, and resolutions accurately in ticketing and internal documentation systems to support follow-up and service improvement.
- Build working knowledge of supported applications and technologies, and keep current with relevant technology and industry developments.
- Maintain professional client relationships and contribute to consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Perform other related responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, technical account management, service desk, or a comparable client-facing support role, preferably within BPO, fintech, insurance, or financial services company
- Experience providing technical support for POS (Point-of-Sale) systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting e-commerce platforms, payment systems, system integrations, merchant onboarding, or related financial technology processes is an advantage.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with strong ability to work with digital systems and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with sound logical, numerical, and verbal reasoning abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues and determine appropriate next steps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new applications, platforms, and support tools.
- Highly process-oriented and results-focused, with the ability to follow defined procedures while maintaining accuracy.
- Able to manage multiple requests and work effectively under pressure without compromising service quality.
- Proactive critical thinker who can work independently while collaborating effectively with extended teams.

- Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Experience supporting or coaching colleagues is an advantage.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Mid-shift, generally from 1:00 PM onwards.
- Shifting schedule may apply depending on business and client requirements.
- Hybrid arrangement with onsite work approximately 2-3 times per week.
