Adventure Consultancy Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Payments Operations Associate to support data analysis, research, and data capturing, while collaborating with teams to learn payments operations and back-office processes.

You will analyze data from primary sources, upload reports to client systems, validate data, and help implement efficiency improvements while delivering timely, quality support across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred fields listed in posting).
• 1–2 years in card payments or fintech, especially reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with payments terminology and back-office operations.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and MS Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients' back office systems and analyze data pulled from primary source systems to build required reports.
• Upload data reports to client systems used for analytics, storage, and reporting.
• Acquire and validate data from primary and secondary sources through designated systems, email, or phone.
• Maintain updates and encode data requirements following program techniques and procedures.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to deliver quality internal and external support.
• Ensure accurate, timely delivery of assigned solutions per agreed requirements.
• Resolve basic queries from your assigned workload and elevate where needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities assigned by your supervisor, which may include resolving client technical tickets, onboarding merchant profiles, or conducting transaction analysis.
• Recommend and help implement ideas that improve departmental efficiency.

About the Role

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related degree preferred
• 1 to 2 years of experience in card payments or fintech, ideally in transaction reporting and analysis, disputes and chargeback management, merchant payments and settlement, or back-office support
• Familiarity with payments terminology and back-office operations in a payments environment
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and MS Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
