Job summary

Carenet Health is seeking an IT Client Technical Implementation Specialist to lead technical implementations from Makati Circuit (Hybrid). The role focuses on system configuration, scripting, and workflow development to deliver scalable client solutions.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, manage implementation plans, and ensure quality delivery during UAT and launch readiness, aligning with CST business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• 1-2 years of JavaScript/web app experience.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, debugging and enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Serves as technical SME for implementations, resolving complex config issues.
• Develops, maintains, and optimizes JavaScript, HTML functions and SQL queries.
• Troubleshoots issues related to system configurations and data integrity.
• Collaborates with clients to gather requirements and translate into configurations.
• Manages implementation plans, timelines and dependencies.
• Monitors risks and escalates issues to ensure delivery.
• Supports UAT and launch readiness activities.
• Maintains documentation of configurations, scripts, and best practices.
• Delivers client-facing technical support and demonstrations.
