Job summary

DTCC is seeking an Integration Analyst in Manila as part of Enterprise Services. You will manage client engagements, maintain project plans, and lead onboarding through go-live to ensure timely completion and high quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Strong presentation skills with experience delivering technical presentations to clients.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Experience in coding/programming is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
• Grow knowledge about the company’s products, solutions, and related technologies.
• Serve as the business analyst/project coordinator for each client engagement and manage project scope and timeline.
• Act as the primary client point of contact and engage in multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Lead regular project status meetings with clients and provide updates.
• Support clients during testing activities and during initial production rollout.
• Lead transitions to operations and support teams after project delivery.
• Collaborate with senior team members on post-project evaluations and improvements.
• Provide user documentation and support materials for successful implementation.
• Support operational readiness activities and modernization exercises for DTCC solutions.
