Responsibilities

Client Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for clients using ADP Workforce Now payroll and HR solutions; address and resolve payroll processing, tax, compliance, and system-related issues.
Payroll Processing & Compliance: Assist clients with payroll setup, processing, and adjustments; ensure compliance with payroll regulations including tax filings and deductions.
Knowledge & Product Expertise: Stay updated on ADP Workforce Now enhancements and tax law changes; participate in training and provide product guidance to clients.
Client Relationship Management & Service Excellence: Build and maintain strong client relationships; proactively reach out to ensure satisfaction and retention; promote self-service resources.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Partner with Implementation, Tax, and Technical Support; share best practices and mentor new associates.
