Job summary

Wing Assistant in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Client Relations Executive to own the end-to-end client engagement process. You will convert qualified prospects into clients through structured discovery and value presentations, driving client readiness and successful engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in staffing, recruitment, BPO.
• Strong ability to run structured discovery and consultative sales conversations.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presence on video calls.
• Highly organized, self-directed, with end-to-end ownership of processes.
• Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus.

The Client Relations Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end client engagement process at Wing Assistant. This role focuses on converting qualified prospects into clients through structured discovery, and value presentations, while owning the full cycle from initial engagement through client readiness.

This is a high-ownership sales role that combines consultative selling with close collaboration across sales, talent, and operations teams. Success is measured by conversion rates, placement speed, and the quality of the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client requirements and identify suitable candidates from the internal talent pool ahead of client meetings
• Conduct discovery calls and present Wing Assistant’s value proposition via Google Meet
• Collaborate with VP of Revenue Operations for next steps in closing deal

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account executive, or client-facing roles (preferably in staffing, recruitment, BPO, or managed services)
• Strong ability to run structured discovery and consultative sales conversations
• Comfortable facilitating live candidate introductions and managing real-time client interactions
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presence on video calls
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to own processes from preparation through administrative close
• Experience using CRM systems and internal collaboration tools (HubSpot is a plus)
• Able to work onsite in Makati and collaborate closely with sales, talent acquisition, HR, and operations teams
• Fast learner who can follow defined processes while adapting to different client situation
