Job summary

Wing Assistant seeks a Client Success Specialist to manage end-to-end client engagement for contracts in the Philippines, LATAM, and global markets. You will run discovery calls, present Wing's value, and bring live, vetted candidates directly into the call—no recordings, no async profiles.

The role requires live call improvisation, fast decision-making, and constant Discord coordination. Location is Salcedo Village, Makati with a hybrid setup (onsite 3x, remote 2x) and reports to the VP of

• Experience from intake to close in recruiting, not just leads.
• Proven ability to turn around candidates quickly, 1-day or same-day turnaround preferred.
• Comfort with live calls and guiding candidates on the spot.
• Fast, proactive communication and problem-solving during client calls.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client engagement process.
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify client needs, presenting Wing's value and live candidates.
• Close deals and finalize onboarding updates in Discord/JRF within 30–60 minutes.
• Maintain a ready, taggable candidate bench by role and availability.

Job description

Wing Assistant places contractors across 25+ role types - GVAs, EAs, SDRs, CSRs, and more - for clients across the Philippines, LATAM, and global markets. Internal coordination runs through Discord as the single source of truth: pre-demo requests, mid-call heads-up, post-demo handoffs, and ongoing status all live in one place, so nothing gets lost between people. This isn't a role for someone who wants a well-worn script. The accelerated process rewards judgment - reading a client in real time, reading a candidate's fit on the fly, and knowing when to move before the moment closes. The Client Success Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end client engagement process at Wing Assistant.

You'll Own

• Understand potential customer input through intake forms and quickly leverage on organization-wide ATS systems to find candidates that match the skillset- interview candidates to ensure fit for whatpotential client is looking for
• Discovery & demo: Run full discovery calls and qualify what the client actually needs, then present Wing's value and bring live, vetted candidates directly into the call - real people, no recordings, no asyncprofiles.
• The close: Read the room and close while interest is highest - propose next steps before the call ends,and formalize the deal in Discord/JRF within 30-60 minutes.
• Candidate bench: Keep the idle-pool current and taggable by role, industry, and availability, so you canpull 2-3 credible matches from a loose brief with 10-30 minutes' notice.
• Flake-proofing: Confirm candidate availability at T-24h and again at T-30min; always have a backupidentified before the call, not after someone drops out.
• Post-close: Finalize compliance and formal matching once a deal closes, and keep CSM/TA aligned ononboarding status in real time.

Must Haves

• Has personally run outbound/discoverythrough to close - not just handed offqualified leads
• Recruiting or sourcing experience withgenuine same-day turnaround, not multiday pipelines
• Comfortable improvising live - can steer a call and brief a candidate in 10-15 minutes on the spot
• Fast and responsive by nature - minutes, not hours, is this role's working speed

Nice to Have

• Staffing, recruiting, or B2B services salesbackground
• Already comfortable working async-first inDiscord/Slack as the source of truth
• History of maintaining a “warm bench” ofbackup candidates proactively
• Track record of anticipating problems(candidate no-shows, client cold feet)before they happen
