Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Client Relations Executive in the Philippines to own the end-to-end client engagement process, converting qualified prospects into clients through structured discovery and value presentations while coordinating with sales, talent, and operations teams.

You will conduct discovery calls, present Wing Assistant’s value proposition via Google Meet, and collaborate with the VP of Revenue Operations to close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account executive, or client-facing roles (staffing, recruitment, BPO, or managed services preferred).
• Strong ability to run structured discovery and consultative sales conversations.
• Comfortable facilitating live candidate introductions and managing real-time client interactions.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presence on video calls.
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to own processes from preparation through administrative close.
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot a plus).

The Client Relations Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end client engagement process at Wing Assistant. This role focuses on converting qualified prospects into clients through structured discovery, and value presentations, while owning the full cycle from initial engagement through client readiness.

This is a high-ownership sales role that combines consultative selling with close collaboration across sales, talent, and operations teams. Success is measured by conversion rates, placement speed, and the quality of the overall client experience.
