Wing Assistant is seeking a Recruitment Specialist/Account Executive in Makati to manage end-to-end client engagement, turning qualified prospects into clients through structured discovery and value presentations. This high-ownership role coordinates with sales, talent, and operations teams to ensure a smooth path from initial contact to client readiness.

You will review client requirements, conduct discovery calls, present the value proposition via Google Meet, and collaborate with leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account executive, or client-facing roles.
• Prefer experience in staffing, recruitment, BPO, or managed services.
• Ability to run structured discovery and consultative sales conversations.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presence on video calls.
• Own processes from preparation through administrative close.
• Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus.
• Able to work onsite in Makati and collaborate with sales, talent acquisition, HR, and operations teams.

The Recruitment Specialist/Account Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end client engagement process at Wing Assistant. This role focuses on converting qualified prospects into clients through structured discovery, and value presentations, while owning the full cycle from initial engagement through client readiness.

This is a high-ownership sales role that combines consultative selling with close collaboration across sales, talent, and operations teams. Success is measured by conversion rates, placement speed, and the quality of the overall client experience.

• Review client requirements and identify suitable candidates from the internal talent pool ahead of client meetings
• Conduct discovery calls and present Wing Assistant's value proposition via Google Meet
• Collaborate with VP of Revenue Operations for next steps in closing deal

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account executive, or client-facing roles (preferably in staffing, recruitment, BPO, or managed services)
• Strong ability to run structured discovery and consultative sales conversations
• Comfortable facilitating live candidate introductions and managing real-time client interactions
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presence on video calls
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to own processes from preparation through administrative close
• Experience using CRM systems and internal collaboration tools (HubSpot is a plus)
• Able to work onsite in Makati and collaborate closely with sales, talent acquisition, HR, and operations teams
• Fast learner who can follow defined processes while adapting to different client situation
