Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Recruitment Specialist/Account Executive in Makati to manage end-to-end client engagement, turning qualified prospects into clients through structured discovery and value presentations. This high-ownership role coordinates with sales, talent, and operations teams to ensure a smooth path from initial contact to client readiness.

You will review client requirements, conduct discovery calls, present the value proposition via Google Meet, and collaborate with leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account executive, or client-facing roles.
• Prefer experience in staffing, recruitment, BPO, or managed services.
• Ability to run structured discovery and consultative sales conversations.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presence on video calls.
• Own processes from preparation through administrative close.
• Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus.
• Able to work onsite in Makati and collaborate with sales, talent acquisition, HR, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Review client requirements and identify suitable candidates from the internal talent pool ahead of client meetings.
• Conduct discovery calls and present Wing Assistant's value proposition via Google Meet.
• Collaborate with VP of Revenue Operations for next steps in closing deal.
