Job summary

Propelrr is seeking a Client Success Associate to optimize lead generation systems and build strong client relationships that drive sales conversions. You will generate leads, target potential customers across channels, and analyze data to identify trends and evolving consumer needs.

The role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with social media analytics, and experience in digital marketing or tech client management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a background in Advertising/Media, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or Marketing.
• Experience in client/account management in digital marketing/tech is preferred (2+ years).
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics software.

As a Client Success Associate (CSA), your role focuses on optimizing lead generation systems and building strong client relationships to drive sales conversions.

• Build and optimize lead generation systems and processes to increase lead-to-sales conversion;
• Generate leads and build relationships by identifying and targeting potential customers through various channels;
• Collect and analyze data to identify industry trends and the changing needs of consumer behavior;
• Proactively remain connected to clients and maintain updated knowledge of clients’ businesses, products/services, and markets to assess new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged;
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
• Manage incoming leads using different channels and work closely with other units and the Head of Operations to convert them into clients.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Advertising/Media, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in client/account management in the digital marketing and/or technology industry.
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential for this role.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
