Qualifications

• 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Science, Biomedical, Healthcare, Nursing, or Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year in a medical/clinical or customer-facing support role.
• Fluency in English required for the role.
• Problem-solving methodologies and attention to detail in investigations.
• Understanding of technical writing requirements.
• Computer literate; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Second language fluency is a distinct advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Office-based role with flexibility and a permanent night shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
• Review and manage group mailboxes to action inquiries.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting across designated product ranges.
• Document complaints and inquiries per guidelines.
• Communicate investigation conclusions in reports and calls.
• Meet KPIs for timely resolution and quality.
• Identify process-improvement opportunities to boost performance.
• Develop product knowledge within the ARDx Technical Support team.
• Follow Quality System processes and security/compliance rules.
• Maintain ability to work remotely if required by business continuity plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Support customers across different market time zones as needed.
