The Client Service Associate will process over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, and remittances with accuracy and timeliness, in line with bank standards. Based in Baguio, the role requires strong communication and a willingness to work onsite at Harrison Road, and may involve promoting bank products while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in branch operations preferred but open to fresh graduates.
• Strong communication skills and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments and remittances accurately.
• Provide customer service and promote bank products and services as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as required by the bank.

Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• - Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• - Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• - Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• - Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• - Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• - Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• - Willing to work onsite in Baguio - Harrison Road.
