Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to handle over‑the‑counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and related transactions with accuracy and timeliness in line with bank standards.

The role requires clear communication, on‑site work in Porac/Angeles/Clark area, and may involve promoting bank products while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as a qualification for the job, preferably in Business
• At least 1 year experience in branch operations is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome
• Required skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Porac / Angeles / Clark area

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to clients and may promote bank products and services
• Performs other duties as required
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Porac / Angeles / Clark area
