Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate-Pool in Bulacan to handle over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances, and other transactions with accuracy and timeliness.

You will deliver courteous customer service, promote bank products, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while working onsite in the Bulacan area. A business-related degree and strong communication skills are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the job (Business preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in branch operations is preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in the Bulacan area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to bank clients; may promote bank products and services.
• Performs other duties as required from time to time.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

The Client Service Associate-Pool is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Bulacan Area.
