Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to handle over-the-counter transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances, and foreign exchange, with accuracy and timeliness.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, complying with bank policies, and supporting branch operations onsite in Valencia, Bukidnon. Fresh graduates are welcome; a business-related degree and clear communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Business
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Valencia, Bukidnon

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
