BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to accurately and efficiently process over-the-counter transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange and remittances in line with the bank's standards. The role emphasizes timely service and customer focus.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (business-related preferred), at least one year in branch operations or fresh graduates are welcome, and strong communication skills. Onsite work in Manila is required.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication is required.
• Willing to work onsite in Manila 1 Area.

Responsabilités

• Perform start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provide appropriate customer service to clients and promote bank products and services.
• Perform other duties as required and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances, foreign exchange and other OTC transactions.
