BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to handle over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and related transactions in line with bank standards.

The role requires clear communication and a services mindset, with onsite work in Lipa, Batangas. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree (Business preferred) and have 1 year of branch operations experience, though fresh graduates are welcome.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in branch operations in a commercial/universal bank, but fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Performs start and end of day banking activities per approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service and promotes bank products/services as applicable.
• Performs other duties as required and ensures compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
