Insight is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator that places people first. The Client Returns Advocate I handles post-sales client requests via phone, email, and IM, researching issues using SAP and vendor sites and collaborating with multiple Insight departments to resolve them.

This hybrid role is based in Manila, with opportunities to grow through upskilling and internal promotions while supporting a diverse client base and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent two year degree preferred, but not required.
• Customer service skills a must.
• Computer hardware/software knowledge and/or industry knowledge strongly preferred.
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills a must.

Responsibilities

• The Client Returns Advocate serves as the primary point of contact for post-sales client requests via phone, email, and IM.
• They will utilize SAP, manufacturer websites, and vendor websites to research and resolve client issues.
• The role will interact cross-functionally with various internal Insight departments.
• Reports to the department Team Lead.
