Job summary

This hybrid role is based in Manila, with opportunities to grow through upskilling and internal promotions while supporting a diverse client base and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent two year degree preferred, but not required.
• Customer service skills a must.
• Computer hardware/software knowledge and/or industry knowledge strongly preferred.
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills a must.

Responsibilities

About the role

The Client Returns Advocate serves as the primary point of contact for all post-sales client requests. This position will assist both internal and external clients with their requests via the phone, E-mail, and IM. They will utilize SAP, manufacturer websites, and vendor websites to research and resolve client issues. The role will also be required to interact cross functionally with various internal Insight departments. This position will report to the department Team Lead. Key responsibilities:

• 30% Client contact
• 20% Sales contact
• 30% Research
• 20% interaction with other Insight departments
