Job summary

Insight in Pasig City is seeking an IT Data Analyst Sr to collect, analyze, and interpret service desk data, identify trends, and drive improvements in performance and customer satisfaction. You will build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, automate reporting processes, ensure data integrity across platforms, and coordinate program operations with IT service management.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Business Administration with 4+ years in IT

• 4+ years of experience in IT data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge and understanding of Service Desk/ IT Operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ServiceNow ticket data and deliver actionable insights for process optimization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Automate reporting processes and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Coordinate program operations, track deliverables, and support financial management.
