Job summary

Insight in Pasig City (hybrid APAC role) is seeking a Senior Client Operations Specialist to manage quoting, ordering, account management, and client communications. You will coordinate pricing, contract terms, and cross-functional support to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years in customer service, order management and quotation management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient practices to serve business needs.
• Handle quoting, ordering and account management for assigned Account Executives.
• Respond to client calls and emails and ensure accurate order processing.
• Manage pricing, contracts and special pricing with vendors as needed.
• Assist clients with web accounts and handle RMA management and collections.
