• Client Engagement & Communication Engage with clients through physical meetings, e-meetings, phone calls, chats, and emails.
• External Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with foreign agents, notaries, lawyers, and governmental bodies.
• Deal Closure & Customer Experience Ensure successful deal closures while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Client Support & Inquiry Management Respond promptly to client inquiries and arrange consultations when required.
• Relationship Management Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients.
• Business Correspondence Manage business communication and correspondence effectively.
• Sales Administrative Support Provide administrative support to the sales team when needed.
• CRM & Lead Management Monitor incoming inquiries, ensure timely responses, and update the CRM system.
• Quotation & Contract Setup Set up contracts, pricing structures, and testing packages in the quotation system.
