Job summary

Get-e is seeking a proactive Client Services professional in Manila to own relationships with Corporate & Travel clients. You will be their dedicated point of contact, understanding their business needs and ensuring every interaction feels handled, not handed off.

You'll engage in regular check-ins, preempt friction, and take ownership of complaints, striving to make Get-e a trusted partner for clients while coordinating across teams to deliver tailored service.

Qualifications

• +2 years in client services, account management, or client-facing operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; calm handling sensitive situations.
• Ability to prioritize across a portfolio and manage multiple client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and be the dedicated Get-e contact for assigned accounts.
• Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs and preempt friction.
• Take ownership of complaints and disputes, resolving them promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tailored solutions for clients.
