Job summary

Pathland Development Corp. is seeking a customer service professional in Metro Manila to handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.

The role involves direct interaction with clients in person, over the phone, and via email, coordinating with the team for quick solutions. The ideal candidate has at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent and 1 year of related experience, with excellent written and verbal communication and strong negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience in the related field.
• Preferably with experience in customer service or equivalent.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• With good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles client complaints and address concern.
• Communicate and resolve clients concerns in person, over the phone and via email.
• Coordinates with the team for the immediate solution of clients concerns.
• Process and prepares documents for Pagibig and banks.
• Maintains confidentiality of information.
• Performs other duties as the need arises.
