Job summary

Cardinal Health Philippines is seeking a Sales Support Administration professional to handle quoting, customer maintenance, and order adjustments for Presource kits. The role collaborates with the sales team and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate, timely support.

You will leverage strong communication and analytical skills to optimize pack configurations, meet quality and regulatory guidelines, and manage rebates while keeping customers and sales reps informed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a BPO.
• Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills is highly required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Quoting out Presource packs based on sales rep/customer request.
• Most if not all communication will be with the sales rep, not the customer (hospital).
• Focus on best cost, high volume components.
• Ensuring quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
• Works through a variety of requests that require additional training – Government, Canada quotes, Dressing change organizers, PRCs.
• Ability to critically think through requests that are out of the norm.
• Working with cross-functional teams.
• Reviews and ensures rebates are accounted.
