Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 2+ years of substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a BPO environment
• Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills are required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Quote Presource packs based on sales rep/customer request, including new packs or changes to existing packs
• Communicate primarily with the sales rep, not the hospital customer
• Focus on best cost, high-volume components
• Ensure quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines
• Handle diverse requests requiring training – Government, Canada quotes, Dressing change organizers, PRCs
• Think critically through requests that are out of the norm
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Review and ensure rebates are accounted
