Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Administration professional to maintain stakeholders, generate quotes for Presource packs, and coordinate with sales reps. The role emphasizes delivering cost-effective, regulatory-compliant quotes and handling diverse requests with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in an BPO environment with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. November start is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a Business Process Outsourcing organization
• Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills is highly required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products
• Can start in November

Responsibilities

• Quoting out Presource packs based on sales rep/customer request. This may include quoting out a new pack or making changes to an existing pack.
• Most if not all communication will be with the sales rep, not the customer (hospital)
• Focus on best cost, high volume components.
• Ensuring quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
• Works through a variety of requests that require additional training – Government, Canada quotes, Dressing change organizers, PRCs.
• Ability to critically think through requests that are out of the norm.
• Working with cross-functional teams.
• Reviews and ensures rebates are accounted
