Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V Branch is seeking a dynamic Operations Enablement Lead Trainer to join the Client Enablement team in Quezon City. The role combines instructional design, facilitation, and coaching to enhance team performance and operational excellence across Client Service and Operations.

The candidate will design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff, create e-learning modules, coach frontline employees, analyze performance metrics, and partner with leadership

Qualifications

• Certification in training or coaching (CPTD, ATD, or similar).
• Experience with virtual training platforms and e-learning development tools.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles for process improvement.
• Experience as SME/Mentor.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff in Client Service & Operations and compliance.
• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and e-learning modules aligned with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions using adult-learning methodologies.
• Provide coaching to front-line employees to improve accuracy, efficiency, and quality of work.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify skill gaps; develop targeted improvement plans.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to support performance management and development.
• Partner with process improvement teams to ensure training reflects current workflows and compliance.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to update training programs proactively.
• Serve as SME for operational processes and systems within Client Service and Operations.
