Sagility Philippines B.V Branch is hiring an Operations Enablement Manager to lead the development and delivery of learning programs. You will oversee instructional design, LMS administration, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality training and measurable impact across the BPO operations.

Your background in learning programs, blended delivery, and data-driven improvement will help optimize the employee experience and align training with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6–7 years of experience in training operations.
• Experience with e-learning and blended learning programs, CBT development, and asynchronous content.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Proficient in LMS administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience measuring training impact with KPIs and data-driven insights.
• Ability to manage training budgets and allocate resources.
• Stays updated with emerging learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to meet organizational needs.
• Manage LMS with course uploads, learner tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of training content.
• Lead development of instructional materials, e-learning, and blended solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs and learner feedback.
• Oversee training budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Track and report performance metrics to leadership, including ROI.
• Evaluate and adopt new learning technologies to enhance engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement and stay current with industry trends.
