Job summary

Sagility is seeking an OE Manager – Instructional Design & Knowledge Management to lead a cross-functional enablement team. You will design, deliver, and govern high-quality learning programs and knowledge content to boost operational excellence across service lines.

Role combines people leadership with hands-on expertise in instructional design, knowledge authoring, content lifecycle, and analytics to ensure advocates and supervisors have the right capabilities and accessible guidance at the

Qualifications

5+ years progressive corporate instructional design experience with 2+ years people management.
Hands-on experience with knowledge management and technical writing (preferably KCS-aligned).
Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, SnagIt) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional enablement team to design, deliver, and govern learning programs and knowledge content.
Manage 2–5 direct reports and a broader team (40+), with coaching and career development.
Plan enablement backlog using Agile practices; manage budgets and resources; drive content quality and governance.
Design curricula for new hires and existing staff; develop micro-learning, ILT/VILT, eLearning, scenarios, and assessments.
Establish knowledge standards, author articles, and maintain full content lifecycle; ensure accuracy and findability.
