Qualifications

• 1–2 years of team leadership or supervision experience.

• Able to work across shifting hybrid schedule and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client on offshore team status.
• Implement and monitor KPIs set by client or MS.
• Monitor team performance and conduct coaching sessions.
• Manage daily attendance tracking and reporting.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to staff.
• Report to Operations Manager and VP of Operations.
• Prepare management reports and schedules for leadership.
