Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field technicians in an MSP is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing composure.
• Confidence when interacting with clients professionally and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimise technician schedules for onsite client visits.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding appointments and changes.
• Ensure technicians have hardware, access information and logistics.
• Monitor service boards for scheduling gaps and workflow issues.
• Review MSP alerts to prevent slips in service delivery.
• Manage emails, planner tasks and follow-ups.
• Send next-day visit confirmations and daily client updates.
• Audit service boards for accuracy and compliance.
