Job summary

Swak BPO Corp in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, seeks a Client Service Coordinator to support onboarding of agencies into Shared Services. You will be the day-to-day contact for onboarding accounts, coordinate communications, and ensure timelines and documentation are met.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, with strong English communication, able to juggle multiple priorities, and committed to delivering excellent service and smooth transitions from onboarding to ongoing

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer service, client support, or onboarding.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding Support: assist onboarding activities for new Shared Services agencies and serve as primary contact for onboarding accounts.
• Client Training & Guidance: lead onboarding meetings, provide guidance on workflows and procedures, answer routine questions.
• Internal Coordination: track onboarding tasks, coordinate with ops and support teams, update status.
• Client Communication & Service: maintain professional communication with agency stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Documentation & Process Support: maintain onboarding records, update materials, suggest process improvements.
