• Experience with both inbound and outbound communications.

• Clear documentation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage carrier transfer activities.
• Verify and maintain access credentials, policy availability, and transfer records.
• Serve as a liaison between carriers, branch teams, and U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of transfer activities.
• Generate, update, and manage reports and required forms.
• Support special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
