Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a Graduate-level Client Onboarding Analyst in Manila to support the Client Lifecycle Team Lead in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will learn key skills in KYC/AML, client screening, and lifecycle processes within a BAU setting.

You will deliver onboarding tasks, maintain service levels, collaborate with Operations and Front Office Brokers, and liaise with the Anti Financial Crime team in London on escalated cases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver allocated client lifecycle processes to defined service levels.
• Complete onboarding for low/medium/high risk clients with KYC/AML checks.
• Monitor negative media alerts and escalate to compliance when needed.
• Use screening tools for client screening in BAU cases.
• Assist with group mailbox management and team email queries.
• Build relationships with Operations and Front Office Brokers.
• Liaise with Anti Financial Crime team in London on escalated cases.
